DCMS gives all your settlers names, along with randomizing heights, hairstyles and equipment so you don't have twenty people named Settler all wearing the same clothes. Better Settlers gives you customization options for how your settlers behave, as well as allows you to toggle settler mortality. If you want some more immersion as far as settlers themselves go, Better Settlers and Don't Call Me Settler are excellent for revamping settler experience. If BVS does that too, then this suggestion might be redundant. I don't know what Better Vendor Stalls does, but Better Stores gives you new options for your stalls and gives you quite a few custom signs for your stores. The mod author recently updated, and you can display weapons and armor in really nice, clean ways. I only have a few suggestions for you: OCDecorator is really nice to have, and I think Functional Displays would be a good companion mod for it. This is a really good, comprehensive list.
